SwattRacing is an app by MAS Labs. You can delete your account at any time, free of charge. Here is how, and what happens to your data.

ADall'app, subito

  1. Apri SwattRacing e accedi al tuo account.
  2. Tocca l'ultima icona in basso a destra (Profilo o Utente).
  3. In alto tocca Cancella account su Android o Elimina su iPhone e conferma.

L'eliminazione è immediata e non si può annullare.

BSenza l'app

Scrivi dall'indirizzo email con cui ti sei registrato, indicando il tuo nome utente. Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e ti confermiamo via email.

Cosa cancelliamo

  • Nome, email, telefono e password
  • Nome utente e nome della squadra
  • Foto profilo
  • Nazione, regione, città, CAP e posizione
  • Sesso e data di nascita
  • Accesso con Google o Apple
  • Token delle notifiche e chiave del wallet
  • Collegamenti con i partner di Premi (il partner viene avvisato)

Cosa resta

  • Senza nome: attività, punti e risultati delle gare già concluse, legati solo a un codice anonimo, per non alterare classifiche e premi degli altri utenti.
  • Registro della richiesta (data, email e nome utente), per dimostrare l'eliminazione e per obblighi di legge. Lo conserviamo per il tempo indicato nell'informativa privacy, al massimo 10 anni.
  • Punti già trasferiti a un partner: restano presso il partner, secondo le sue regole.

AIn the app, right away

  1. Open SwattRacing and sign in.
  2. Tap the last icon at the bottom right (Profile or User).
  3. At the top, tap Delete Account on Android or Delete on iPhone, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

BWithout the app

Email us from the address you registered with and include your username. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

  • Name, email, phone number and password
  • Username and team name
  • Profile photo
  • Country, region, city, postcode and location
  • Gender and date of birth
  • Google or Apple sign-in
  • Notification tokens and wallet key
  • Links with Rewards partners (the partner is notified)

What remains

  • Without your name: activities, points and results of races already closed, tied only to an anonymous code, so other users' rankings and prizes stay correct.
  • A record of the request (date, email and username), to prove the deletion and for legal obligations. We keep it for the period stated in the privacy policy, at most 10 years.
  • Points already transferred to a partner: they stay with the partner, under its own rules.
